The flame-retardant sealing strip is made of EPDM rubber by microwave vulcanization technology. It is used in various chemical industry, building steel structure roof and color steel plate overlapping parts. It has excellent air tightness, water tightness, weather resistance, corrosion resistance, low temperature resistance and strong adhesion. It has excellent properties such as good elasticity and compression deformation resistance, weather aging resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance and a wide range of use temperature (- 40 ℃ ~ + 120 ℃), and has been widely used in automobile doors, windows, curtain walls and other manufacturing industries.
Advantages of flame retardant sealing strip:
1. Corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance + 80 ℃ ~ - 45 ℃ without flowing, deformation, embrittlement and longer service life.
2. It does not contain heavy metals such as halogen and lead. It can be recycled after several years, which meets the requirements of green building materials.
3. Low specific gravity (only 0.9-0.95) and high window rate.
4. Product environmental protection, simple construction, anti-seepage, leak proof, water stop effect is good.
5. The performance and service life of the sealing strip are equivalent to that of EPDM vulcanized sealing strip.
6. It has an independent open hole bubble structure, and the special joint plate has the appearance of honeycomb holes evenly distributed, which can be tightly bonded with cement / sealant without roughening, adapt to the change of natural expansion and contraction, and enhance the sealing expansion of the joint.
