EPDM sealing strip is a copolymer of ethylene, propylene and a small amount of third monomer non conjugated diene. EPDM sealing strip has excellent ultraviolet resistance, weather resistance, heat aging resistance, low temperature resistance, ozone resistance, chemical medium resistance, water resistance, good electrical insulation, elasticity and other physical and mechanical properties. These advantages are irreplaceable by PVC and other materials.
EPDM sealing strip is formed by microwave vulcanization process at one time, with smooth and beautiful surface, good elasticity, compression deformation resistance, weather aging resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance, wide temperature range (-50 ℃ ~+150 ℃), and other excellent properties. 2. Heat aging resistance refers to strong heat-resistant air aging resistance. It can be used at 100-120 ℃ for a long time, and can maintain effective physical properties at 140-150 ℃ for a long time. It can withstand 230-260 ℃ high temperature in a short time, which can play a role in delaying the sudden accidents of urban buildings; With the use of special formula, the EPDM sealing strip feels similar at -50 ℃ to 150 ℃, which creates high-efficiency work performance for the installation on the production site.
3. It has excellent ozone resistance and is also known as "crack free rubber", especially when applied to various urban buildings with different atmospheric indexes and completely exposed to the air, it will show the superiority of its products.
4. EPDM sealing strip is resistant to ultraviolet radiation and provides environmental protection for high-rise building residents. It can withstand 60~150kv voltage, corona resistance, electric cracking resistance and arc resistance. It is also very good. Low temperature elasticity, the temperature when the tensile capacity reaches 100MPa is -58.8 ℃.
