Introduction to the excellent performance and advantages of EPDM sealing strip

EPDM sealing strip, namely EPDM rubber strip, is formed by microwave vulcanization process at one time, with smooth and beautiful surface, good elasticity, compression deformation resistance, weather aging resistance, ozone resistance, chemical resistance and a wide temperature range (-50 ℃ ~+150 ℃).  

1. EPDM has excellent weather resistance, which means it has the ability to resist cold, hot, dry and wet for a long time, and has excellent corrosion resistance to the erosion of rain, snow and water, which can completely prolong the service life of the adhesive strip;  

2. Because EPDM has excellent ozone resistance, it is also known as "crack free rubber", especially when applied to various urban buildings with different atmospheric indexes and completely in the air, it will show the superiority of its products;  

3. Anti ultraviolet radiation provides environmental protection for residents of high-rise buildings; It can withstand 60~150kv voltage, corona resistance, electric cracking resistance and arc resistance, and it is also very good. Low temperature elasticity, the temperature when the tensile capacity reaches 100MPa is -58.8 ℃.  

4. Due to its excellent physical and mechanical properties, it is often used to manufacture waterproof parts such as aircraft, cars, trains, passenger cars, ships, high and low voltage switchgear, glass curtain walls, aluminum alloy heat break windows, diving products, high-pressure steam hoses, tunnels, viaduct joints and other industrial and agricultural sealing parts.  

5. Heat aging resistance refers to strong heat-resistant air aging resistance. It can be used at 100-120 ℃ for a long time, and it can also maintain effective physical properties at 140-150 ℃ for a long time. It can withstand 230-260 ℃ high temperature in a short time, which can play a delaying role in case of sudden accidents in urban buildings; With the use of special formula, EPDM feels similar at -50 ℃ to 150 ℃, which creates high-efficiency work performance for production site installation.
